Decoration
This package is for those that need an extra pair of hands to decorate
the venue on their special day. Our package includes 3 hours of on-site
venue dressing and decoration. We arrive in the morning of your wedding
to dress your venue. This includes setting out place cards and favours,
tying ribbon around napkins, lighting candles and any other assistance
that you may require. We also offer unlimited telephone and email support
in the preparations for your wedding day.

On The
Day Coordination
This service is designed to give you peace of mind that someone is on
hand to ensure your wedding day is seamless. We take care of all those
awkward moments when guests aren’t quite sure where they should
be standing or where to place their gifts.
Our services usually begin during the morning of your wedding and services finish shortly after the speeches. We contact and liaise with suppliers during the week before your wedding and offer the following assistance:

• Attendance at the wedding ceremony
• Support for the ushers and best
man
• Assisting guests to their seats
at the ceremony
• Ensuring the wedding day runs effortlessly
• Coordination of the reception

3 – 4 hours discussing your wedding preparations with an experienced

Stages
If you are reaching the final stages of your wedding preparations and
you need a helping hand, we will come to your rescue. With suppliers
to meet and details to finalise, it can all become overwhelming. If
